There are a number of resources and support available for individuals facing mental health challenges. We have compiled a list of nationwide, statewide, and county-specific resources that may be able to provide assistance and support. 
 
If you or someone you know is in immediate danger or risk of harm to self or others, please dial 911 or go to the nearest hospital immediately.

Nationwide Resources:

1. National Suicide Prevention Lifeline: Call 1-800-273-TALK (1-800-273-8255) - Available 24/7 for individuals in distress or those seeking help for a loved one.

2. Crisis Text Line: Text HOME to 741741 - A free, confidential service available to anyone in the U.S.

3. National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI): Call 1-800-950-NAMI (1-800-950-6264) or info@nami.org - Offers support, information, and local referrals.

Pennsylvania Statewide Resources:

1. PA Mental Health Helpline: Call 1-855-284-2494 - Available 24/7 for mental health support and crisis intervention.

2. Pennsylvania Department of Human Services: Provides a wide range of mental health services and support systems across the state.

County-Specific Resources:

- Clearfield County: Clearfield-Jefferson Community Mental Health Center (814-765-5337) - Provides crisis intervention, outpatient services, and support groups.

- Jefferson County: Jefferson County Mental Health Services (814-849-2770) - Offers comprehensive mental health services, including crisis intervention.

- Franklin County: Keystone Health Crisis Intervention (717-264-2555) - Provides immediate assistance for mental health crises.

- Allegheny County: resolve Crisis Network (1-888-796-8226) - Offers 24/7 crisis counseling and support.

- Butler County: Butler County Mental Health Services (724-431-3730) - Provides a variety of mental health resources, including crisis intervention and outpatient services.

- Philadelphia County: Philadelphia Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual Disability Services (215-685-6440) - Provides a comprehensive range of services for individuals facing mental health challenges.
